A group of my closest friends and I (Margo Lafontaine, Max Lemberger and Aubrey Fry) designed and renovated an industrial loft space for ourselves in a 1940s knitwear factory in Bushwick Brooklyn.
The design organized four large bedroom spaces along the primary southern exposure, while offering the larger corner space to the kitchen and living room. The bathroom spaces were divided into multiple rooms, allowing for flexibility in sharing them among the roommates. The project was featured by the New York Times, and has been subsequently published elsewhere.
