While working at Shadow Architects, I executed the construction phase of this renovation. The apartment was located in a newly constructed building near Greenwich Village, yet the clients anticipated turning one of the existing bedrooms into a dining room. The resulting spaces were used to create an office nook, and Audio / Visual closet. Scope included fitting out the closets with custom cabinetry and lighting, as well as expanding the existing kitchen cabinets and countertops.
My responsibilities included construction administration, millwork shop drawing review, and coordination of various interior design items.
